Breeding/Upbringing

Approximately 1,5 weeks before the date of birth we arrange the litter box in our living room. So the expectant mother has enough time to explore it and take it in possession. Nothing new or unusual should disturb her before the birth. Being born the puppies stay 3,5-4 weeks with us in the living room, where we also sleep during this time. After this time they move in the puppy's room which has a direct access to the garden and their personal "adventure playground" smilie. An exiting time starts now; everyday ther's something new to discover, to nibble, to carry off and to attempt to escape.

puppies playingThe puppies get to know on everyday occurrences as e.g. the first car ride, vacuum cleaner, washing machine/dryer, other people and dogs.....The new families are of course not only always welcome but even desired at this time. The day of goodbye doesn't mean "out of sight, out of mind"; we're alwyays available as a contact. Beside puppy meetings and common walkaways one can get (if required) the correct preparation for shows (training for the ring, coat care...) and tips for nutrition.

We wish you a long, fair and beautiful time together with your furry ball!
